Summary of Role:
Lead and manage cross-functional transformation projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation, including digital transformation, process improvement, and change management. Identify and analyze business processes, systems, and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational changes. The Transformation Enablement Lead will work closely with various teams to facilitate change, improve operational efficiency, and achieve strategic objectives; and be part of Program Phoenix reporting directly to the Senior Director, Head of Global Program Management Office.
Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including digital transformation, process improvement, and change management.

  • Develop and implement transformation strategies, plans, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.

  • Identify and assess opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, marketing, and business operations, to align enablement efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to stakeholders at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.

  • Monitor and track progress of transformation initiatives, measuring the impact and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of enablement programs and their impact on business outcomes.

  • Identify and manage risks associated with transformation initiatives, creating mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.

  • Establish strong communication channels to gather insights, feedback, and requirements from various teams and ensure alignment with transformation goals.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
     

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in leading enterprise transformation initiatives with a solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Strong project management skills, excellent leadership and communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving successful outcomes.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.

  • Proven experience in driving digital transformation, process improvement, and organizational change.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment and navigate through ambiguity.

  • Certification in project management or change management is a plus.

Expected Salary Range

$127,000.00 - $231,300.00
