Summary:
In this role, you will lead the implementation and operationalization of transformation initiatives that improve healthcare supply chain performance, operational effectiveness, procedural readiness, and digital enablement. You will partner with clinical, operational, supply chain, analytics, and technology teams to translate strategic priorities into scalable workflows, governance structures, and repeatable operating models. You will drive adoption, support measurable client outcomes, and advance sustainable transformation through standardized delivery approaches, change management, and continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities:
Lead implementation and operationalization of transformation initiatives across client engagements and internal programs.
Manage matrixed engagement teams and client stakeholders to deliver project plans, support adoption, manage commitments, and achieve client objectives.
Translate transformation strategy into scalable workflows, operating models, governance structures, and standardized delivery approaches.
Support development and continuous improvement of client-facing offerings, implementation playbooks, delivery tiers, and operational standards.
Drive client onboarding, readiness assessments, stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption planning.
Facilitate governance routines including KPI reviews, issue escalation, implementation tracking, and operational cadence management.
Lead cross-functional problem solving related to supply chain transformation, operational reliability, procedural readiness, and process standardization.
Manage implementation risks, dependencies, action plans, and transformation milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Prepare executive-level implementation updates, operational reviews, and transformation recommendations.
Use AI tools to improve engagement delivery, workflow development, stakeholder communications, analysis, and implementation planning while ensuring outputs are reviewed for accuracy, quality, confidentiality, and business relevance.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
7 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, implementations, or operational transformation programs.
Knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations, procedural workflows, inventory management, operational governance, or performance improvement practices.
Experience working with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders in provider environments.
Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and organizational change capabilities.
Experience developing implementation plans, operational workflows, governance routines, KPI tracking, or process standardization approaches.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in fast-paced client environments.
Experience with ERP systems, analytics, dashboarding, KPI governance, or operational data environments preferred.
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
