Summary:
In this role, you will lead a portfolio of enterprise transformation engagements that improve healthcare supply chain performance, operational effectiveness, cost optimization, service reliability, and digital enablement. You will translate strategic priorities into scalable delivery models, implementation methodologies, governance frameworks, and sustainable operating practices. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, drive measurable business outcomes, develop high-performing teams, and support the growth and innovation of transformation services.
Responsibilities:
Lead a portfolio of transformation engagements, ensuring achievement of client outcomes, delivery quality, financial performance, and value realization.
Develop and lead high-performing teams, strengthening leadership capability, accountability, and delivery excellence.
Translate transformation strategy into scalable implementation approaches, governance models, operating procedures, and standardized delivery practices.
Drive consistency and scalability through implementation methodologies, playbooks, delivery frameworks, KPI standards, and quality controls.
Oversee engagement performance by managing risks, dependencies, scope, resource allocation, and operational challenges.
Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, providing guidance on transformation strategy, governance, adoption, and implementation priorities.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to advance transformation initiatives and drive sustainable organizational change.
Support development of client-facing offerings, implementation approaches, service tiers, and reusable intellectual capital.
Drive executive communication, performance reviews, and value realization discussions across client and internal leadership teams.
Lead adoption of AI-enabled tools and ways of working to improve productivity, delivery effectiveness, knowledge management, and solution development while ensuring appropriate governance and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
10 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives, operational improvement programs, or cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated success leading teams, developing talent, and managing performance in a client-facing environment.
Experience overseeing complex portfolios, client relationships, financial performance, and operational delivery.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior healthcare leaders and drive organizational change.
Experience translating strategic priorities into implementation roadmaps, governance models, operational improvements, and measurable outcomes.
Knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations, healthcare operations, performance improvement practices, data and analytics, or related transformation disciplines.
Advanced knowledge of AI tools and capabilities, including application of AI to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational effectiveness while understanding governance and risk considerations.
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
