About the Role
Are you passionate about AI, digital transformation, and driving change? Do you want to be at the forefront of redefining business processes through technology? We are looking for a Transformation Associate to join our Italy Hub IT team (Italy, Eastern Europe & Israel) and play a key role in shaping the future of AI adoption and innovation.
As a Transformation Associate, you will work alongside the Transformation Lead to identify, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that optimize business operations and enhance decision-making. You will collaborate with multiple teams to bring AI from concept to execution, ensuring its successful integration into daily business workflows.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Drive AI & Digital Innovation: Identify opportunities where AI can enhance business processes, efficiency, and decision-making.
🔹 Support AI Solution Development: Work cross-functionally with teams to design and implement AI-powered initiatives that create tangible value.
🔹 Analyze & Optimize Workflows: Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for automation and transformation.
🔹 Change Management & Adoption: Help teams understand, adopt, and maximize AI solutions, ensuring smooth implementation.
🔹 Data-Driven Strategy: Support the development of AI-driven insights and analytics, helping the organization make more informed decisions.
🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various business functions to align AI initiatives with strategic goals.

Mandatory Qualifications

🤝 Cross-functional collaboration experience – comfortable working with different teams.
📈 Background in data analysis, business intelligence, or strategy is a plus!
