Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Transfer Agency FX Senior Representative to join our team. If you are looking to push your career to the next level, introduce yourself by submitting you resume.

 

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Instruct Transfer Agency Hedge and FX activity on a daily basis.

  • Process Dividends on a weekly basis.

  • Oversee trade corrections in co-operation with the Transaction Processing group.

  • Process fund events such as Transfer In-Kinds and Liquidations.

  • Actively contribute to team meetings and ensure constant team improvement.

  • Maintain close co-operation with various other teams.

  • Manage controls efficiently to alleviate any potential risk areas.

Desired qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years Financial/Payment or other Operational experience.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

  • Good knowledge of standard Office applications. (MS Word, Excel).

  • Team player – ability to collaborate effectively within the team.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Huge attention to detail, error-free environment.

  • Well-developed communication skills – ability to be precise in all dealings.
