This role provides an excellent opportunity to join a team of AML subject matter experts to provide the highest standard of client service to clients based in multiple jurisdictions. Daily tasks include investor risk assessment and onboarding, screening, transaction monitoring and related query management. The AML and registration team collaborates daily with teams across the Transfer Agency Department and so provides an opportunity to develop broader knowledge.
What you will do
- Investor onboarding for clients based in multiple jurisdictions
- Ongoing screening of investors and disposition of related alerts
- Transaction Monitoring
- Review of investor AML documentation and trade referrals
- Query Management
- Timely follow up with investors regarding outstanding AML documentation
- Ongoing due diligence reviews in line with risk rating
- Preparation for Due Diligence visits by clients and Fund Money Laundering Reporting Officers
What we will need from you
- Experience in funds will be an advantage
- Knowledge of hedge and long funds, particularly investor AML
- Client Service background an advantage
- Proficient knowledge of English
