Job Summary

The successful candidate will support the training and development of manufacturing team members to ensure consistent, high-quality production of our signature products. This role focuses on delivering hands-on training, maintaining up-to-date procedures, and supporting continuous improvement in employee performance and operational standards. This individual must possess a willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain large volumes of employee transcript data with high accuracy and timeliness, including but not limited to Grape Charts, UCUA, Kaizen, Skill Matrix, and employee records.
· Monitor and track employee development progress on a weekly basis, ensuring timely completion and visibility of transcript status.
· Analyze transcript data and proactively propose action plans to address gaps and improve development outcomes.
· Coordinate & collaborate with Supervisors to ensure transcript reviews are completed within define intervals.
· Upload and maintain accurate transcript records in the Workday system following quarterly reviews with Supervisors.
· Ensure data integrity, consistency and compliance across all records and reports.
· Generate reports and provide timely updates to Management as required.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all transcript-related inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
· Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive effective implementation of the transcript program.
· Collaborate closely with HR Communications to drive awareness, engagement, and timely updates of the transcript program, including supporting content creation and publication across internal communication channels.
· Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency (eg: automation, templates, dashboards).
· Prepare and submit promotion nomination recommendations to Management and collaborate with HR to ensure proper alignment and execution of promotion-related processes and requirements.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
· Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in Medical Device manufacturing or cGMP regulated industry.
· Experience handling large datasets and maintaining accurate records.
· Experience in coordinating with cross-functional team is an advantage.

· Previous experience working in a clean room environment.
