Develops relationships with endocrinologists, diabetes educators, institutions, hospitals, and managed care organizations; achieves sales and market-share objectives; demonstrates products and software; conducts customer training; supports promotions; and coordinates with operational, quality, and customer service teams. Requires regular regional travel, including 2–5 overnight trips monthly.

Supports enterprise and manufacturing network infrastructure at an on-site Costa Rica facility. Installs, configures, monitors, troubleshoots, and maintains switches, routers, wireless systems, firewalls, documentation, and network security measures. Sell Insulet Omnipod products to endocrinologists, diabetes clinics and managed care accounts in assigned regions. Meet sales quotas, grow market share, train customers on device and data-management software, build HCP relationships, manage territory activities and budget, coordinate with internal teams, and perform required travel and sample transport.

Leads end-to-end internal audit engagements, including planning, walkthroughs, testing, reporting, documentation, issue escalation, and remediation follow-up. Evaluates governance, risk management, compliance, and controls; performs SOX testing; identifies process and control gaps; and partners with stakeholders on remediation plans. Owns and scales Insulet’s analytics and BI data product portfolio, including dashboards, datasets, applications, monitoring, and alerting. Partners with stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and IT teams on data sources, governance, validation, documentation, and ad hoc insights. Manages analytics intake workflows, administers BI tools, supports compliance, and mentors junior analytics engineers.
