Job DescriptionThe Transaction Service Specialist will be responsible for pickup and delivery of cash throughout the Redemption Centers in a specific Zone, in accordance with Tomra’s cash handling procedures. They will be responsible for professionally communicating with their manager on a daily route depending on weekly needs.
Pay: $20/HR
Monday and Thursday's half day running cash other half working in redemption center
Wednesday and Saturday working in store
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Travel 4 to 6 hours per day delivering money to a wide range of Redemption Center locations in a specific Zone
· Remain alert and aware of surroundings at all time for safety
· Communicate with Manager on daily routes
· Use MS Excel to maintain routes and location needs
· Change daily routines based on safety and security
· Pick up cash from designated bank
· Safely deliver all cash to assigned location
· Accurately count cash delivered in each location
· Complete data entry for all currency transactions in the POS system at each location and MS Excel
· Conduct routine PPE audits and act as a resource to replenish supplies
· Pick up and scan all applicable distributor invoices
· Other duties as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED
Previous law enforcement or security background preferred
2-4 years’ customer service experience preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver’s License and ability to be bonded
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Weekend Availability
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
- Experience in customer service field
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Reliable transportation
