This role is responsible for the day-to-day transaction management oversight for a complex and/or prominent portfolio of properties on behalf of one or more National and/or Global Corporate Services clients.Job Description
About the Role:
- Manages the full contract‑to‑close transaction lifecycle, including property sales, lease acquisitions, renewals, terminations, and disposals while ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Develops strategic transaction plans aligned with business goals, incorporating market analysis, site selection, and financial assessments such as NPV and lease‑vs‑buy evaluations.
- Negotiates lease terms, rental conditions, and legal provisions with brokers and landlords to secure favorable outcomes for the client.
- Oversees portfolio accuracy by monitoring critical dates (renewals, expirations, notices) and maintaining up‑to‑date lease documentation.
- Acts as a key liaison among clients, brokers, landlords, and internal leadership to coordinate stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of transactions.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate, transaction management, project management, and tenant representation.
- Strong negotiation capabilities and solid financial acumen.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and lease management platforms (e.g., CoStar, Tririga, Hyperspace, etc.).
