Let’s start with the role:
The Training Specialist reports to the Head of Ombudsman and is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of training programs across operations, both internally and externally. They will ensure operational excellence by equipping staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
As a Training Specialist, you will:
- Conduct training sessions.
- Provide input to leadership.
- Participate in quality calibration sessions.
- Ensure that training materials are updated and aligned with the business strategy.
- Assess trainees' performance.
- Manage induction and refresher training initiatives for the entire department.
What you will bring:
- Experience in a training role, preferably within the gambling, betting, or gaming industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
- Attention to detail and ability to run, review, interpret, and analyze data from various sources.
- Excellent writing, communication, and teaching skills.
- Fluency in English.
