The ideal candidate will have experience directly supporting the Intelligence Community. You excel in a team-oriented environment and work across teams to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of your target audience. You are comfortable taking limited direction and coordinating across the enterprise to produce high-quality professional development instruction to enable your customers to stay on pace with mission. You establish and maintain excellent, collaborative working relationships with executive leaders, soliciting and incorporating feedback in a thoughtful, professional manner.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Active, current TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Minimum of 12 years relevant experience with BS/BA
- Proven ability to enhance workforce proficiency through instructional delivery of tradecraft and mission-oriented training
- Demonstrated experience developing curriculums, learning objectives, and course materials to a wide variety of audiences
- Ability to confidently maintain oversight of training delivery and intended outcomes, and make course adjustment recommendations driven by mission, policy, or other business changes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Target Salary Range$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
