Provides database administration and software development support for a DoD mainframe system using SUPRA PDM, MANTIS, COBOL, JCL, and z/OS. Maintains databases, copybooks, total-file views, and directories; supports platform modernization; evaluates and documents database environments; creates system interaction diagrams; and provides technical consultation and deliverable review. The role is fully remote and requires active Public Trust clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for classified, mission-critical software systems. Responsibilities include writing Jenkins Groovy scripts, troubleshooting Jenkins and AWS environments, automating deployments and installations, documenting developer processes, debugging integration and connectivity issues, and integrating DevOps tools such as Docker, SonarQube, Fortify, Selenium, and Artifactory.
