Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced OCM/Training Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the design, delivery, and coordination of training and organizational change management activities. This role requires expertise in instructional design, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, readiness planning, and communications to support employee preparedness, adoption, and proficiency as new processes, systems, and ways of working are introduced.
Your Responsibilities
Training Program Development
  • Support the development and implementation of training materials, readiness resources, and change support tools focused on business process changes, system adoption, and user preparedness.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as e-learning, workshops, simulations, job aids, and webinars to support learning, engagement, and adoption across diverse audiences.
  • Continuously assess and update training content and change support materials to ensure they remain relevant, effective, and aligned with project changes, business needs, and stakeholder impacts.

Needs Assessment
  • Conduct training and change readiness assessments through surveys, interviews, and consultations with stakeholders, managers, and end users.
  • Identify skills, knowledge, and adoption gaps that need to be addressed to support successful transition and sustainment.
  • Assist in identifying impacted audiences, assessing training and change needs, and recommending appropriate learning and engagement approaches to support transition.
  • Develop training plans and refine strategies to address identified needs, support change readiness, and reinforce adoption.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and readiness activities, and adjust approaches as needed to improve understanding, adoption, and sustainment.

Instructional Design
  • Partner with internal learning, project, and business teams to create engaging learning activities, communications, and support resources for impacted audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor training and change interventions to the needs of specific departments, stakeholder groups, and user audiences.

Program Implementation
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of training sessions, workshops, communications, and readiness activities to enhance stakeholder understanding, confidence, and adoption.
  • Support the tracking and evaluation of training participation, readiness, feedback, and adoption measures, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.

Who we are looking for
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Training and Development or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of training delivery, instructional design, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management principles
  • Proven experience supporting training programs and change initiatives, including readiness, communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities, preferably within large or complex organizations
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new software releases and features
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
