As a member of the Education Services Team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of internal learning programs that build employee capability and support organisational performance. The successful candidate will have strong experience in instructional design, facilitation, and program management, with exposure to leadership development programs highly regarded. In addition to broader capability and leadership initiatives, this role will play a key role in developing and delivering role-specific training programs that build employee proficiency in MRI products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct training needs analyses to determine appropriate learning solutions that align with business objectives and employee development goals.
  • Design, develop, coordinate, and deliver engaging learning programs using a variety of modalities, including instructor-led training, virtual facilitation, eLearning, and blended learning solutions.
  • Develop and facilitate internal training programs focused on employee capability, professional skills, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Support the design, implementation, and delivery of leadership development programs.
  • Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify product knowledge and capability requirements across roles.
  • Design, develop, and maintain role-specific learning pathways that enable employees to effectively utilise MRI products, systems, and processes within their roles.
  • Ensure product and systems training content remains current and aligned with product enhancements, business process changes, and organisational priorities.
  • Create engaging learning materials and resources that support knowledge transfer, skill development, and application in the workplace.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through participant feedback, assessments, learning metrics, and business outcomes, and continuously improve programs based on insights.
  • Manage learning projects from analysis and design through development, implementation, communication, and evaluation.
  • Maintain learning records, program documentation, and training resources within the Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting platforms.
  • Coach and support subject matter experts, facilitators, and business leaders in effective training and facilitation practices.
  • Stay current with adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, facilitation techniques, learning technologies, and industry best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years' experience in learning and development, training delivery, instructional design, and program development within a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering both behavioural and technical learning programs.
  • Experience developing training content for systems, products, software applications, or business processes.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage audiences ranging from individual contributors through to leaders.
  • Experience partnering with subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into effective learning solutions.

Highly Desirable:

  • Qualifications or certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Facilitation, Coaching, or Organisational Development.
  • Experience delivering leadership development programs or leadership capability initiatives.
  • Experience within a technology, SaaS, software, or professional services environment.
