Undergo train-the-trainer preparation to build the skills needed to deliver introductory soft-skills training sessions to employees (e.g., communication, time management, customer service basics).
Co-deliver and, progressively, independently deliver short soft-skills sessions to employee groups, under the guidance of the NLI Manager.
Prepare and adapt simple training materials, activities, and handouts for assigned soft-skills topics.
Provide light support on the Learning Management System as needed (e.g., session scheduling, attendance tracking).
Support coordination with external training providers on an as-needed basis: following up on requests, scheduling, and attending meetings.
Gather participant feedback after sessions and share summaries with the NLI Manager.
Assist with general L&D administrative tasks as required.
