Sells company products to assigned and potential customers, monitors competition, implements planograms, processes special orders and returns, collects invoices, handles complaints, prepares sales documentation, conducts inventory checks, and reports market or customer issues to the sales team leader.

Analyzes production and operational costs, compares standard costs with actual costs, records cost information, prepares cost estimates and periodic reports, and recommends cost efficiencies. The role also monitors KPIs, apportions costs across production and management units, analyzes the financial impact of product or manufacturing changes, and supports decision-making through accurate reporting and data analysis.
