Field sales role responsible for selling the companys product range to assigned customers, ensuring planogram implementation, managing orders/returns, collecting invoices, handling complaints, performing inventory checks, and preparing documentation for calls and business reviews.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager and sales team: prepare daily sales/collection reports, type and distribute communications, handle calls and mail, maintain distributor files, process incentives and price lists, relay quotations, coordinate orders and approvals with accounting and customer service, assist with forecasts and business plan preparation, and coordinate QC testing and special production orders.

Perform FP&A responsibilities including reporting and analyzing operational KPIs, building and maintaining financial forecasts and budgets (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), performing variance and trend analysis, preparing reports and presentations for senior management and the board, supporting budget and business plan preparation, ensuring compliance actions, developing summary charts/tables, and executing project-related actions for implementation.

Maintain and control general ledger accounts, oversee cashier and treasury activities, perform audits and reconciliations, prepare fixed asset reports, manage subsidy filings and refund follow-up, and ensure internal controls and accounting integrity.

Prepare and manage production orders from sales orders, update and circulate order logs, coordinate plate/cylinder checks, track artwork receipt, allocate materials based on stock, create product item numbers, prepare purchase orders from affiliates, and handle sample and internal trial orders.

Sell the companys full product range to assigned customers, implement planograms, process special orders and returns, collect invoices, handle complaints, perform inventory checks, report new customers and competitive activity, and prepare documentation for calls and business reviews.

Lead process improvement initiatives across Napco Flexible Packaging and shared units using Lean and Six Sigma tools. Conduct audits, analyze data and customer surveys (NPS/CSAT), drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, support food safety (HACCP/BRC) and occupational health & safety systems, generate technical reports, and manage projects to align processes with organizational objectives.

Support the HSE Team Leader by implementing HSE management systems, maintaining a safe workplace, identifying and mitigating health and safety risks, and helping achieve departmental HSE objectives.

Sell the companys product range to assigned customers, implement planograms, handle orders/returns/complaints, collect invoices, perform inventory checks, and report customer/account activities to the team leader.

Prepare and analyze cost accounting records, reconciliations, and monthly closings; report KPIs and financial results; estimate and control product and inventory costs, including landed cost for foreign POs; support pricing, profitability, and project metrics; lead inventory reviews and prepare journal entries and executive reports.

Ensure workplace safety and hygiene across plant and warehouses through inspections, PPE enforcement, machinery and firefighting equipment checks, training, incident investigation, risk assessments, emergency response, hazardous waste coordination, and HSE recordkeeping and reporting.

Support the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers, and providing recruitment support across business units while ensuring compliance and improving candidate experience and employer branding.

Design, optimize, and operate production processes and machinery to maximize output, reduce cost and downtime, and ensure product quality. Implement Lean tools (JIT, Six Sigma, 5S, SMED, PDCA), develop product and process improvements, schedule production, perform inspections/tests, and support maintenance and training to meet customer and market needs.

Provide on-site gate/security control: enforce HSSE and company security procedures, monitor entrances and surveillance, assist special-needs visitors, respond to emergencies, report incidents, contain and escalate incidents, coordinate with HSSE and plant management, and maintain 5S in security posts.

Create original branding and artwork (logos, packaging, promotional materials) for print and digital channels. Produce POSM, billboards, vehicle and print ads, 3D visuals, banners, social media animations, and mockups. Support approvals for color, layout, and packaging and manage e-commerce and digital graphic needs.

Sell B2B products/services by outbound calling and online account management. Support customers with orders, quotes, deliveries, and portal usage. Build long-term relationships, resolve inquiries via phone and email, and collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, account management).

Provide gate security and enforce HSSE policies, assist people with special needs, monitor entrances and surveillance, respond to emergencies, report and escalate safety or security issues, maintain 5S in guard houses, and coordinate with plant management to secure company assets.

Perform advanced accounting analysis, reporting, and problem solving. Apply business acumen and internal policies, communicate findings clearly, use accounting software/ERP and office automation, plan and organize work, and support decision-making with multilingual communication as needed.

Support project managers by monitoring scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, procurement, communications, risk tracking, and handover activities. Maintain records, prepare reports and meeting minutes, follow up on tasks, and assist commissioning and close-out documentation.
