Maintains HSE records, conducts risk assessments, investigates accidents, provides first aid and safety training, coordinates evacuation drills, and develops corrective and preventive action plans to improve workplace safety compliance.

Support the HSE Team Leader by implementing HSE management systems, maintaining a safe workplace, identifying and mitigating health and safety risks, and helping achieve departmental HSE objectives.

Perform advanced accounting analysis, reporting, and problem solving. Apply business acumen and internal policies, communicate findings clearly, use accounting software/ERP and office automation, plan and organize work, and support decision-making with multilingual communication as needed.

Design, optimize, and operate production processes and machinery to maximize output, reduce cost and downtime, and ensure product quality. Implement Lean tools (JIT, Six Sigma, 5S, SMED, PDCA), develop product and process improvements, schedule production, perform inspections/tests, and support maintenance and training to meet customer and market needs.
