Designs, installs, commissions, and optimizes production machinery and line automation. Leads machine upgrade projects, validates ROI, implements cost-savings, and coordinates installation, testing, startup, and handover with production and maintenance. Sell the company's full product range to assigned customers, implement planograms, process orders/returns, collect invoices, handle complaints, report new customers and issues, perform inventory checks, and prepare documentation for call cycles and business reviews.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Manager and sales team: prepare daily sales/collection reports, relay manager instructions, handle calls and mail, file distributor documents, distribute price lists, circulate approved quotations, manage stationery and special production orders, coordinate with accounting, customer service and QC, and assist with forecasting and business plan preparation.

Sell company products to assigned customers, manage orders and approvals, maintain customer relations, open and migrate accounts to e-commerce, collect invoices, handle complaints, enter orders into JDE and ensure compliance with pricing and policies.

Supports sales activities and maintains strong customer relationships to help grow and retain accounts.

Support the HSE Team Leader by implementing HSE management systems, maintaining a safe workplace, identifying and mitigating health and safety risks, and helping achieve departmental HSE objectives.

Create original branding and artwork (logos, packaging, promotional materials) for print and digital channels. Produce POSM, billboards, vehicle and print ads, 3D visuals, banners, social media animations, and mockups. Support approvals for color, layout, and packaging and manage e-commerce and digital graphic needs.
