Position Summary:
The Training Senior Manager, GxP Operations Support will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for small molecule internal manufacturing and testing that align with the Vertex Manufacturing Center’s strategic goals. This role will collaborate with cross-functional departments and ensure the development and delivery of high-quality training solutions that enhance employee performance and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic training plan that supports organizational goals and employee development.
Design and deliver innovative training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions.
Leverage existing and implement new electronic based training solutions
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure Vertex remains at the forefront of learning innovation.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in training and development
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
Strong leadership, organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure training effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Pay Range:
$138,000 - $207,000Disclosure Statement:
The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
