Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an energetic Data Analyst Intern to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Training and Organizational Change Management team! This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in data analysis, change management, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Extract data from the following systems and platforms and perform data analysis: Jira ticketing system, training and performance support applications (job aids, SharePoint files, MS Teams course attendance, MS Forms knowledge test results & post-training surveys), Change Management communication tools, Workday Learning reports, etc.
  • Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments
  • Support Enterprise Transformation deliverables for internal customers
  • Assist with data entry and testing in a variety of systems and or Excel spreadsheets
  • Assist in preparing information and researching materials for assigned tasks
  • May generate, review, and distribute daily/weekly comprehensive status reports
  • Update and organize department shared drive and documents
  • Gather and organize data for presentations
  • Research data problems (end users, licensing seats management) and assist in developing solutions
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

You Must:

  • Be currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a relevant undergraduate program such as Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Have a passion for data analysis
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Have a self-starter mindset with an eagerness to learn

Minimum Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Interest in creative use of AI tools (especially Microsoft Copilot)

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18 – $20. The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
