Training Officer / Administrator - Commodore Mine
This is an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Training Officer or an advanced Training Administrator will see you in the Australian operation working at the Commodore Mine in Millmerran, Queensland.
Working a 5 days on / 2 days off 10 hr day this is your chance to unlock your full potential and make a lasting impact. Commodore Mine is an emerging operation located approximately 3hrs from Brisbane. With a long mine life, not only can you grow with EPSA, but you will also be joining a site that is progressive and keen to drive change and development in what we do.

About the role:
Reporting to the Training Coordinator, you will:
Manage training records and monitor for expired competencies.
Conduct training and compliance audits across site
Comply with internal, external and R.T.O partnership requirements
Onboarding and upskilling of our workforce and contractors
Ensure HSE induction training programs are carried out for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
Monitor training of subcontractors to ensure it is carried out in accordance with business requirement.
Participate in regular reviews of the EPSA Pacific Training Plans and associated documentation.
To be successful you will have:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the mining and resources industry.
Strong computer literacy skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills.
Current Australian Drivers Licence.
This position requires the preferred candidate to undertake a QLD Coal Mine Workers Health Scheme Assessment, a Pre-Employment Medical, and successfully complete Standard 11 training.

Skills Required
