Your mission
The Training Manager is dedicated to enhancing the sell-out of our dermocosmetics and personal care products through training and merchandising activities. This role aims to drive company success by ensuring the implementation of training plan and impactful learning experiences for health care professionals and company employees as well as to participate in the implementation of merchandising and trade marketing campaigns at points of sale.
Your regular activities
With the point of sales/Field forces:
- Lead and develop the team of trainers
- Build and implement the training cycle plan of HCPs and employees
- Organize and implement special training events
- Implement merchandising and trade campaign actions to improve the visibility of our brands
- Ensure field feedback about Pierre Fabre products and competitors
- Handle digital training platforms
- Evaluate trainings team performance and propose corrective actions
- Visit pharmacies with trainers on a regular basis (travelling 60% of time, out of Athens biweekly)
With internal stakeholders
- Perform training for other departments
- Prepare and adapt training documentation according to the audience (ex. Scientific/technical presentations, visual aids, training pitches, …)
- Organize and/or participate in public relations events
Who we are looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Pharma, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/cosmetics market
• Experience in managerial and training positions is an advantage.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning abilities
• Proficiency in verbal and written English and Microsoft Office
• Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
