Position Purpose:
The Training Manager will plan, develop, and manage activities associated with the training and development of Consultants, Trainers, and management within a specified site. The incumbent will maintain a climate of customer oriented service excellence by motivating and empowering team members and exceeding customer relationships.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development
- Design, develop, and deliver product training curricula (instructor-led, virtual, and online formats).
- Create training materials such as documentation, simulations, role plays, and multimedia content.
- Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs and target audiences.
- Execution & Delivery
- Facilitate workshops and product knowledge sessions for employees, sales teams, and customers.
- Ensure training programs align with business goals and product launches.
- Serve as the single point of contact for product training and documentation needs.
- Performance Tracking
- Identify KPIs and monitor training effectiveness.
- Implement measurement and evaluation processes to assess employee and business impact.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with product, sales, and operations teams to align training with organizational priorities.
- Build effective cross-functional relationships to ensure training adds measurable value.
Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5–7+ years in training, instructional design, or product enablement.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to simplify complex product information into clear, engaging training.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
