Summary:
Foster a Sustainable Learning Community by consulting with key stakeholders to advocate for a better learning experience, reduce risk, resolve issues, and continuously improve processes using an agile framework.
Support the effective implementation of the Quality System requirements for training. Create, develop, and implement effective training processes and projects utilizing systems, tools, and collaboration to reduce risk and improve compliance to the Training Element
Apply strategies that simplify and standardize processes and programs to create efficient learning standards and programs.
This role has a strong strategic relationship with local Learning Professionals and leadership around the globe.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide global training and system awareness (e.g. Global Instructor/Trainer qualification courses, Super User Training, etc.) and coach others as needed.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to suggest or implement improvements.
Partner with leadership to identify, prioritize, and manage solutions that require Training/Compliance/Human Performance/Learning Change Management support.
Manage consultation with sites and functions to determine appropriate training is assigned, as needed.
Proactively own and maintain communication channels to ensure information is current and aligned.
Support the identification and on-boarding of learning professionals within assigned sites/functions.
Coach sites/functions for the successful escalation and analysis of integrated learning technology issues as well potential innovation/enhancement ideas and change requests.
Partner with Course Owners/Leadership to continuously improve training initiatives and requirements for applicable stakeholders.
Ability to travel, if necessary, to address business need (less than 10% travel)
Qualifications:
Demonstrates the ability to plan and prioritize tasks
Works independently and collaboratively to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
Develops and implements solutions
Follows established procedures and guidelines and understands how they correlate with training regulations and standards
Works collaboratively with management team
Help identify needs, designs solutions, and executes on strategy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and communicate effectively with multifunctional groups at various levels.
Ability to communicate and speak proficiently in English in a business setting.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in a training related field. Master's degree or additional certifications (e.g. training, instructional design, 6Sigma, PMP, ISPI, etc.) preferred.
Experience managing Learning support for multiple sites, regions or in a global role.
Minimum of 8 years industry experience; with preferred experience in GMP, Quality or related experience.
Proficiency in using a Learning Management System (LMS) or experience in administering an LMS. CSOD experience preferred.
