We are looking for a Training & Learning Operations Expert, who will have the opportunity to contribute to improving our training and learning process and make their role essential to our success.
Your expertise and support will be highly valued. You will help ensure compliance and enhance associates' access to learning, contributing to our commitment to excellence and access to medications for the patients we serve.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Compliantly manage the in-scope training matrix.
- Define system set-up and coordinate appropriate learning management system maintenance for all in-scope training requirements (courses, curricula, assignments, etc) with the LMS administrators.
- Manage all in-scope reporting requirements.
- Communicate appropriately on availability of learning content, to support the curiosity and growth of associates.
- Manage local learning events.
- Support project for Sandoz LMS.
- Improve training process on site.
- Other assignments as determined in the annual interview about expected goals and by performance indicators.
What you will bring to the role:
- Work experience in education, human resources, or similar field.
- University degree in Life Sciences, Behavioural or Educational Sciences.
- Functional knowledge of English and fluency in the Slovene language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong motivation for work, independence, self-initiative, and excellent communication skills.
- Reliability and strong decision-making capabilities.
