Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aimed at supporting the implementation of technological tools, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational needs.
- Lead the structuring and design of training curricula, incorporating best practices in adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
- Provide leadership and guidance in the development of training materials, resources, and assessment tools to facilitate effective knowledge transfer and skill acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training requirements, assess training effectiveness, and address any emerging training needs.
- Oversee the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring high-quality facilitation and engagement from participants.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of training initiatives, collecting feedback and performance data to continuously improve training effectiveness and relevance.
- Act as a liaison between project teams, government agencies, and others, fostering strong collaborative relationships and addressing any training-related concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

Requirements:
- Professional degree in areas related to social sciences and arts in related fields or Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, organizational development and/or related fields
- More than 7 years of professional experience.
- Have participated as a leader of training and training at least 3 projects whose experience is related to the structuring and / or curriculum design of training programs that support projects for the implementation of technological tools.
- Demonstraded experience as a training leader in 3 projects in the government sector with strong organizational impact and union representation.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Skills Required
- Professional degree in social/human sciences, administration, industrial engineering or Bachelor's in psychology, organizational development, or related fields
- More than 7 years of professional experience
- Led/participated as training leader in at least 3 projects involving structuring and curriculum design for technological tool implementations
- Demonstrated experience as training leader in 3 government-sector projects with strong organizational impact and union representation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English
