Job Overview:

We are seeking a Training Excellence Lead – Cyber Security to deliver high-quality technical training to students while supporting training deployment, trainer development, and delivery excellence across Cyber Security programs. The role will involve hands-on classroom and lab-based training in areas such as Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Network Security, Application Security, Cloud Security, Digital Forensics, and related security technologies.

This role reports to the Lead – Technical Training Department and is responsible for student training, practical lab delivery, curriculum implementation, trainer mentoring, quality tracking, and college coordination within the Cyber Security skill area.

Training Delivery & Deployment
  • Deliver classroom, practical, and lab-based Cyber Security training to students across assigned colleges and locations.
  • Train students on Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Network Security, Application Security, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, and related security concepts.
  • Conduct hands-on sessions using relevant Cyber Security tools, platforms, and simulated security environments.
  • Prepare and deliver trainer schedules while supporting deployment requirements across Cyber Security programs.
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and mentor other Cyber Security trainers on technical content, labs, delivery methodology, and industry practices.
  • Guide students through assignments, practical exercises, Capture-the-Flag (CTF) activities, and project-based learning.
  • Review and continuously improve training content, labs, assignments, assessments, and projects in line with current Cyber Security trends and industry requirements.
Tracking, Quality & Coordination
  • Track syllabus completion, lab completion, assessments, student attendance, feedback, and overall student performance.
  • Evaluate students through practical assessments, projects, assignments, quizzes, and hands-on security exercises.
  • Monitor learning outcomes and identify students or batches requiring additional technical support.
  • Review trainer performance and provide technical guidance and feedback to improve training quality.
  • Manage routine communication with colleges and internal teams regarding training progress, delivery status, student performance, and operational requirements.
  • Conduct operational college visits and follow up on training-related action items.
Shared Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality Cyber Security training delivery across assigned programs and locations.
  • Review training effectiveness, student outcomes, trainer performance, and college satisfaction.
  • Participate in major college visits, technical reviews, audits, and stakeholder meetings as required.
  • Support planning of Cyber Security trainer capacity and upcoming training requirements.
  • Mentor and support junior Cyber Security trainers in technical delivery and classroom management.
  • Contribute to monthly training reports, quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the development and introduction of new Cyber Security modules based on emerging threats, technologies, tools, and industry requirements.


Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, Ethical Hacking, or related domains.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Network Security, Web/Application Security, Vulnerability Assessment, and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
  • Working exposure to Cloud Security, Digital Forensics, Security Operations/SOC, SIEM, Incident Response, and Cyber Security frameworks is preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cyber Security tools, security labs, vulnerability analysis, and practical security exercises.
  • Ability to explain complex Cyber Security concepts clearly to students, trainers, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in designing and delivering hands-on labs, assignments, CTF exercises, assessments, and real-world security projects.
  • Ability to stay current with rapidly evolving cyber threats, vulnerabilities, security tools, frameworks, and industry practices.
  • Prior experience in technical training, student mentoring, trainer development, or technical content review is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, classroom management, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for student training, college visits, training audits, trainer evaluations, and stakeholder meetings.

    Skills Required
