Mentor students and trainers, design labs and assessments, guide CTFs and projects, track learning outcomes and delivery quality, coordinate with colleges, evaluate trainer performance, conduct audits and visits, and support curriculum improvements and new cybersecurity modules.

Leads training deployment and delivery for Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Generative AI, AI agent development, data engineering, big data analytics, and Power BI. Responsibilities include trainer scheduling, deployment, train-the-trainer sessions, content and lab reviews, quality tracking, student performance monitoring, college coordination, operational visits, stakeholder meetings, capacity planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Leads training deployment and delivery for software engineering programs, including Java, Python, MERN, .NET, and mobile development tracks. Responsibilities include trainer scheduling and deployment, train-the-trainer sessions, curriculum and lab reviews, performance and quality tracking, college coordination, audits, reporting, and improvement planning. The role requires strong hands-on software expertise, technical mentoring experience, assessment design skills, and travel for college visits.
