Job Responsibilities and Requirements
The Training & Enablement Program Manager is responsible to optimize the effectiveness of the Reliance Matrix Sales and Service team through training, content, strategies, programs and projects which enable business development and support our growth strategies. The Training Program Manager will coordinate and reinforce usage of our revenue enablement toolset and play a key role in empowering the organization with streamlined communications, content and resources at their fingertips to be better equipped to do their best work, save time, and increase confidence and preparedness going into broker and customer interactions. This position works with the Sales & Account Management Leadership, Product and Marketing supporting the execution of our Go-to-market initiatives as well as knowledge of the Sales process to design, develop, and implement selling-focused learning solutions aligned with business priorities.
This role is diverse, supporting the Distribution Organization with many priorities and requires someone who is detail oriented, flexible, highly organized with good communication skills and is sales culture building, weaving sales culture into all programs and initiatives.
Revenue Enablement Strategy

The Program Manager is a strong cross-functional partner working with sales and account management leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess the enablement program.

Uses intake skills to determine revenue enablement priorities with stakeholders.

Creates and maintains communications to announce enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders.

Designs and creates engaging content for use with sales and marketing teams.

Develop and implement highly effective go-to-market strategies with key partners.

Establishes a methodology to gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy.

Work closely with the Revenue Enablement, Marketing, Product, Service and Underwriting teams to support team and business specific program goals.
Revenue Enablement Learning Solutions

Designs, develops, and delivers educational content for onboarding and ongoing training for sales team.

Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team. Collaborates to determine and prioritize training and education needs across the sales organization.

Support program events, communications, change management and focused execution.

Work with the Talent & Acquisition team to develop and implement a strategy that will build up our sales and service trainee diverse candidate base for the STAR Program

Partner with leaders to design communication channels and evaluate the best forum to distribute information, materials and gather feedback.

Interpret and analyze data to monitor and report on platform/content effectiveness. Monitor usage, adoption & feedback for continuous improvement.
Additional Responsibilities

Manage ad hoc inquiries, respond to user questions/requests, and work with others for timely resolution. Examples may include resolving sales technology issues and questions, directing users to information and resources, leading small group training sessions, creating assignments, and pulling reports on user engagement and content usage.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years of related experience

Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and successful history of cross-functional collaboration with diverse staff members at all levels

Experience working with stakeholders (i.e., Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Operations teams) and influencing outcomes – consulting skills

Strong aptitude for collaborating and building relationships, understanding team dynamics, taking initiative, and solving problems

Confidence to navigate a large matrix of products and services and organizational teams

Experience cultivating and building a contemporary sales organization by up-skilling people through industry leading learning & development curriculum, including leveraging a learning management platform such as Highspot, or similar

Must complete Sales Enablement Certification within 12 months

Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow through

Continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram) experience preferred but not required

Strong skills in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to learn additional programs as needed

Experience using Salesforce, Highspot or related products preferred but not required
Ability to Travel: Up to 25%
The expected hiring range for this position is $88,690.00 - $118,400.00 annually for work performed in the primary location (Phoenix, AZ). This expected hiring range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such as commissions or incentive awards. The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Work location may be flexible if approved by the Company.
