Join Xurrent, where our AI-driven Operations Management platform powers the way modern enterprises manage and evolve their service delivery. We’re looking for curious, driven individuals who want to make a real impact and grow with a company leading the next wave of service and operations innovation.

Mission of the Position

The Training & Enablement Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and strategically scaling Xurrent’s holistic technical enablement ecosystem across the internal and external community, encompassing both the development of the overarching strategy and roadmap for critical programs and the execution.

This comprehensive role involves designing and managing robust internal onboarding for employees and establishing a Continuing Education system for ongoing employee professional development. Additionally, the T&E Manager will strategically develop, scale, and manage the external academy for partners and customers and certification programs to drive successful Go-To-Market (GTM) adoption, proficiency, and expertise for our global network of customers, resellers, and implementers.

By working cross-functionally, the T&E Manager will create and deliver engaging, high-quality educational content and community programs that foster continuous learning, ultimately empowering the entire ecosystem—employees, partners, and customers—to successfully build and innovate on the platform.

This is a hybrid position, out of our Austin, TX office.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Program Management: Design, develop, and own the roadmap for scalable learning programs, including the Customer Academy, Partner Certification paths, role-based learning journeys, and employee Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
  • Content Development & Curation: Contribute to and oversee the creation of high-quality educational content, including instructional videos, how-to guides, certifications, quizzes, and skill-building materials for all key audiences (employees, customers, and partners).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & GTM Alignment: Collaborate strategically with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to align enablement initiatives (including Go-To-Market training) with product roadmaps, business goals, and customer/partner needs to ensure cohesive market readiness.
  • LMS Administration & Management: Maintain, administer, and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and related enablement platforms to ensure a seamless and effective learning experience across the ecosystem.
  • Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Analyze data, feedback, and engagement metrics from the LMS and training platforms to gain deep insights into learner needs, preferences, and pain points. Use these insights to continuously iterate, improve offerings, and measure business impact.
  • Full Content Lifecycle Ownership: Be responsible for the entire content lifecycle, including creation, posting, iteration based on feedback, measurement, and active promotion to drive high engagement across target segments.
  • Information Architecture & Sharing: Implement new and existing opportunities for knowledge transfer and information sharing, such as managing content libraries, developing training communication assets, and creating internal resource hubs.
  • Driving Adoption & Business Impact: Work proactively with Sales, Marketing, and Services teams to strategize and execute campaigns that drive course attendance, content engagement, and measurable improvements in customer/partner proficiency and employee capability.
  • Employee Capability Optimization: Apply passion and creativity to design and deliver internal experiences that actively optimize Xurrent employees’ skills, competencies, and readiness for their respective roles and career growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, technical, or product enablement discipline at a SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic and programmatic design of scalable learning programs (e.g., Customer Academies, Certification Pathways, continuing education programs), including setting the vision and creating roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product Management, Sales, Marketing) to influence content strategy, secure resources, and drive quantifiable business impact through enablement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to break down complex concepts and explain them clearly to different audiences (employees, partners, customers).
  • Experience designing and developing high-value education experiences for the modern learner, including various training materials (e.g., presentations, videos, guides, etc.).
  • Proficiency in content creation, instructional design methodologies, and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related enablement technology.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience in public speaking and representing the company at internal and external events/trainings.
  • Passion for learning, people development, and the ability to adapt training style based on business needs and diverse learner profiles.
  • Ability to extract, coordinate, analyze, and communicate learning data for reporting purposes and to measure program effectiveness and business impact.
