Training & Education Coordinator

Job Description:

• Coordinates logistics aspects of T&E within his/her country (finds ad book the venue, distributes audiovisual materials, finds the best suppliers for audiovisual material, catering, prepares communication material : invitations, flyers)

• Designs flyers and brochures for Nobel Biocare education programs following Nobel Biocare branding template and requirements

• Is the contact person for local speaker’s regarding functional aspects (audio visual requirements, hotel booking…)

• Prepares and oversees logistic aspects at regional events and congresses

• Collect course evaluation and keeps track of sales team reporting and delivers reporting and delivers reporting to the respective T&E Manager.

• Keeps track of speaker evaluation

• Follow up and reports the outcomes of Nobel Biocare courses

• Job is based in Mechelen near the station.

• Proposes ways to attract participants to our T&E programs to the T&E Manager
