We are looking for a Training Developer with a strong technical orientation and excellent instructional skills to join our training department.
The role includes delivering training sessions at customer sites worldwide.

Responsibilities- Develop interactive learning materials, presentations, guides, and support content in Hebrew and English
- Design and build training programs
- Deliver training sessions to customers and professional teams worldwide
- Work closely with development, operations, and engineering teams
- Quickly learn and implement new technological systems and platforms
- Proven experience in developing interactive learning content (Articulate Storyline or similar) – mandatory
- Experience in delivering training on technological and/or autonomous systems – mandatory
- Experience in building training programs
- Strong technical orientation and ability to quickly learn complex systems
- High level of English - spoken and written
- Full proficiency in Office applications, especially PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
