Purpose Statement
Administer Production training in accordance to production training system and procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administration of TRS in order to support production, including TRS issue resolution at site level.
- Creation and Maintenance of TRS training plans & records.
- Create training plan and monitor training progress to meet the production timeline.
- Guide and ensure adherence to training policy and requirement.
- Evaluation and periodic review of manufacturing practices and of those carrying out training.
- Revise and update relevant training procedures and work instruction in Windchill.
- Deliver training programs related to Operation business need.
- Develop and deliver training tools for operations based on the business need.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Operations Training, Direct Labor (DL) Training, or a related training function.
- Experience in handling and facilitating training for large groups of employees.
- Proven track record in improvement projects will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Skills & Competencies :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
- Able to manage multiple training activities and priorities effectively.
