Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver and facilitate enterprise-wide onboarding, professional development, and leadership development programs for exempt/professional employees and people leaders.
- Expertise in behavioral and soft-skills training (e.g., communication, leadership, teamwork, coaching, presentation skills, and employee development) is required
- Support the development of engaging and interactive training courses using Microsoft PowerPoint to include scripted instructor notes
- Support the transfer of existing classroom training to web-based format
- Creation of learning resources such as user guides, discussion guides, and apply your knowledge to reinforce skills
- Provide coaching and team development to managers and employees as needed to support development goals
- Manage programs and classes you own within a Learning Management System and SharePoint site
- Schedule, coordinate, and promote training programs to internal customers
- Integrates new technologies (e.g., LMS, LXP, virtual learning, AI tools) to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Ensures training records and training reports are maintained and distributed
- Mentoring or TTT (Train the trainer) for new trainers if requested
Requirements/Qualifications:
- BA or BS in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years' training and design experience in a corporate or adult education environment
- Experience in training a multicultural employee base with English as a second language
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills required
- Experience in designing and developing learning solutions/programs and eLearning is a plus
- Experience working with Engineering and Manufacturing groups is a plus
- Team building experience a plus
- Flexibility of hours for overseas employees is required but seldom; some travel is expected
- Be a team player and able to handle the administrative work
