Position Description
TTI Canada is looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team! The Training Coordinator is accountable for all training program scheduling and tracking. The focus will be on supporting the administrative aspects of the training team, including enrollment of users, assignment of learning plans, management of data, creation and distribution of reports and tracking all training activities. You will be the administrator of our learning management system LearnTTI. Reporting to the Director, training you will be a key member of the Training and HR team.
While TTI Canada believes and offers flexibility, this role is an in-office position based out of our Toronto Head Office, which is the center of TTI’s culture. As a key driver of TTI’s culture you need to be where the action is!
What You Will Do
- Implement, and compile results of surveys for learning program effectiveness
- Assign, track and provide compliance reporting for eLearning Learn TTI courses
- Schedule and coordinate all internal training sessions including booking accommodations, catering, event set up, and cleanup where applicable
- Schedule and coordinate the third-party vendor training programs
- Prepare participant materials for training programs
- Assist with the review and upkeep of existing training programs and resources
- Work with business leaders to effectively schedule training for their teams
- Own the creation of the semi- annual training catalogue
- Continuous review to identify areas for improvement and/or enhanced efficiencies in executing the training experience
What You Will Bring
- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma with Adult Education, Adult Learning or Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience in a training coordinator or similar administrative capacity
- Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple assignments/initiatives simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Excel, PowerBI, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience with a learning management system (LMS) is an asset
- Experience with eLearning and multimedia development tools is an asset
- Experience with AI tools and their responsible use is an asset
- Outcomes focused and committed to consistently delivering high quality results
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships
- Comfortable with an ever-changing, collaborative work environment, with the ability to pivot
