Power Transformers are in the start up for a new journey with Training Center. In this department we will onboard new operators and train them in 4-5 month before they will go fully to production.
As a training coordinator you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s learning and development path for new employees, to ensure an efficient onboarding process. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the work in the training center.
We are seeking a skilled professional for the STA role, responsible for translation, facilitating dialogue between operators and the HR function, and managing time records. Additionally, we are looking for a Visitor Responsible for Power Transformers, who will coordinate and manage logistics for larger groups, including school classes and study visits.
Your Responsibilities:
- Administration for training center
- Logistic, Registration in the systems
- Booking of courses, both internal and external
- Registration and maintenance of required courses (kompetensvy, POKA etc.)
- Ordering of indirect material
Your Background:
- Experience in coordination and administration.
- Open-minded with a positive attitude to help and support a team.
- Proficiency in various computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Meritorious if you have experience of translation for Swedish, English and Portuguese.
