Key Responsibilities:
Training & Seminar Scheduling
- Propose and plan new training/seminar sessions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Obtain internal approvals and book calendar slots.
- Confirm trainer availability and suitability (including performance evaluation).
- Coordinate marketing, participant registration, and pre-event readiness.
- Monitor sessions and ensure smooth execution.
- Collect feedback, analyze trainer effectiveness, and maintain detailed reports.
Trainer Evaluation
- Track trainer performance based on participant feedback, session delivery, and engagement.
- Maintain trainer scorecards and recommend improvement areas.
- Ensure trainer alignment with session goals and institutional standards.
- Seminar & Event Coordination
- Reach out to university/partner institutions to plan seminars/events.
- Finalize session objectives, speaker/trainer roles, and event agenda.
- Oversee logistics, design materials, and ensure promotions/invitations are handled.
- Manage on-ground or online coordination during the event.
- Prepare post-event reports and follow up with leads/stakeholders.
CRM Data Management (Dynamics 365)
- Ensure daily team lead updates are accurately collected in the shared format.
- Cross-check data for completeness and authenticity.
- Tag leads properly as Lead/Opportunity/Closed in Dynamics 365. • Log meetings, calls, and notes with appropriate tags.
- Provide weekly backups and contribute to monthly analytics and reports.
