Position Purpose:
The Assistant – Training Proctor provides administrative and operational support to training classes by monitoring attendance, maintaining reports, supporting trainers and trainees, and ensuring smooth daily training operations.
Job Description:
· Update ETC trackers, attendance, behavioral observations, and SOD/EOW reports
· Submit and track tickets; provide basic troubleshooting support
· Manage CA documentation and training records
· Coordinate with Training, IT, and Operations teams
· Monitor trainee engagement and compliance during sessions
Qualifications:
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• 6 months BPO experience is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Exceptional motivational, interpersonal and customer service skills; Demonstrated leadership skills
• Ability to speak in front of medium to large sized groups of people
• Schedule Flexibility
