The Role
We are looking for a talented individual to execute third-party compliance training programs, manage training records, and ensure data compliance across our largest and most complex sites in Australia and New Zealand. As a Training Development Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our employees are trained to the highest standards, and our operations meet regulatory requirements.
This role is based in our Newmarket head office where we encourage a hybrid working model - 2 days WFH!
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute third-party compliance training programs across multiple sites
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date training records
- Collaborate with stakeholders to schedule training sessions and ensure seamless coordination
- Develop, manage, and coordinate documentation of work instructions and SOPs
- Maintain a comprehensive training library and materials
- Review legislative changes and ensure employees are appropriately trained
- Provide regular reports to Site Management Team on training compliance
We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing environment
- Knowledge of New Zealand and Australian regulations and industry standards related to Health & Safety and Food Safety Quality (FSQ)
- Experience with record-keeping and data management, including database management
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
