As a Training & LMS Analyst at Hitachi Energy, you will help power a culture of continuous development by ensuring training operations run seamlessly and efficiently. From managing learning systems to coordinating engaging training sessions, you will play a key role in enabling teams to grow, stay compliant, and perform at their best. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally, support impactful projects, and contribute to improving processes that shape the employee experience. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you'll make an impact
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Coordinate training sessions, logistics, and communications
  • Track training records, certifications, and attendance
  • Generate reports on training metrics and compliance status
  • Support employees with LMS access and training inquiries
  • Improve administrative processes for efficiency and accuracy
  • Monitor compliance with required training completion timelines
  • Coordinate project activities aligned with company standards
Your background
  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years in training coordination, LMS, or data management
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office (Excel advanced)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, and process improvement
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

Skills Required

  • At least 2 years experience in training coordination, LMS administration, or data management
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; experience with Project, Planner, OneNote
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Management, or related
  • College or university degree in manufacturing operations, project management or similar
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Project Management
  • Spoken and written English and French (functional)
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
  • Analytical skills; experience generating and analyzing training reports
  • Familiarity with training in regulated or manufacturing environments
  • LMS administration or training coordination certification
  • Knowledge of ISO standards or other compliance requirements
