How you'll make an impact- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Coordinate training sessions, logistics, and communications
- Track training records, certifications, and attendance
- Generate reports on training metrics and compliance status
- Support employees with LMS access and training inquiries
- Improve administrative processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor compliance with required training completion timelines
- Coordinate project activities aligned with company standards
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years in training coordination, LMS, or data management
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office (Excel advanced)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and process improvement
- Effective communication and collaboration skills

- At least 2 years experience in training coordination, LMS administration, or data management
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; experience with Project, Planner, OneNote
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Management, or related
- College or university degree in manufacturing operations, project management or similar
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Project Management
- Spoken and written English and French (functional)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
- Analytical skills; experience generating and analyzing training reports
- Familiarity with training in regulated or manufacturing environments
- LMS administration or training coordination certification
- Knowledge of ISO standards or other compliance requirements
