Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver/facilitate new hire training for Clinical Investigation - E&I/M&R/C&S FWAE and other areas depends on where the trainer may get cross skilled into
- Deliver new hire and incumbent job specific training using innovative methods that increase retention and enhance cost effectiveness, basis approved standardized curriculum
- Deliver ongoing refresher training based on development needs
- Getting Trained the Trainer Certified by the Onshore/offshore Training Team
- Measuring and tracking pre and post training performance
Tracking assessment scores - Organize, coordinate, and communicate training programs for the business
- Provide feedback on regular basis
- Partner with leadership to provide coaching during training
- Provide feedback to management on individual and group training results
- Provide feedback to the instructional design team
- Training and Development
- Review and update training materials as needed
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Graduate with a medical background is mandatory (BHMS, BUMS, BPT, MPT, BDS, BAMS, Nursing)
- Trained in IVR (Interventional Radiology) Claims review/ PWP (Pay with Precision) trained ,exclusively in FWAE/mandatory
- Coding certification (CPC), with solid understanding of coding guidelines
- 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Investigator (CI) or equivalent domain role
- 2+ years of experience / production for Clinical Investigation E&I/M&R/C&S FWAE
- Proficient in CPA & FACET/UNET & Cirrus application
- Demonstrates solid soft skills and very effective communication
- Proven good facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to create PowerPoint content to support effective training delivery
- Only employees from E&I/M&R/C&S under Clinical Investigation, FWAE can apply
- User should not be on active Corrective Action Plan or last Common Review- NI Rating
