Qualifications and Certifications:
- Education:
 - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
 - Strong knowledge of IT systems, user workflows, and enterprise software environments.
 - Familiarity with adult learning principles, training methodologies, and digital learning tools.
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills in both technical and non-technical contexts.
 - Certifications: Certifications are strongly preferred, as they demonstrate instructional expertise and technical proficiency in enterprise training environments. Candidates should hold one or more of the following:
 - Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Certification
 - Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or equivalent vendor-specific certification (e.g., AWS, Cisco, Google)
 - CompTIA CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) – if available
 - ITIL Foundation – beneficial for trainers in IT service environments
 - Certification or Diploma in Instructional Design / E-learning Development
 - Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
 - Professional Experience:
 - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT training or user support, with a proven ability to deliver effective training to both technical (e.g., system administrators) and non-technical (end users) audiences.
 - Demonstrated experience in supporting software rollouts, upgrades, or change management initiatives within IT project teams.
 - Demonstrated Abilities:
 - Develop training content (manuals, quick reference guides, e-learning modules).
 - Deliver instructor-led and virtual classroom training.
 - Adapt training approaches to various learning styles and user profiles.
 - Gather feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
 - Technical Knowledge:
 - Familiarity with system administration interfaces, common enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, ERP systems, custom applications).
 - Understanding of end-user support practices and tools for digital learning environments.
