Job Specification
- Responsible for Reviewing, overseeing and tracking the CAM Reconciliation/ CAM Audit processes.
- Review lease agreements to extract CAM, tax, and insurance-related clauses.
- Recovery Setup for new leases and maintain existing recovery setup in software like Yardi, MRI, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Prepare tenant reconciliation statements and backup packages.
- Respond to tenant auditors and resolve inquiries or disputes.
- Maintain tracking logs and ensure completion within deadlines.
- Interpret lease terms related to recoveries; assist in preparing annual reconciliation reports and respond to tenant inquiries.
- Support annual budget preparation where required
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills Required
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, MBA Finance, CFA
- 1 to 2 years of experience
- Good knowledge of Yardi/MRI software
- Strong understanding of commercial leases and CAM/OpEx structures.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- To have understanding on US Real Estate industry
