We're seeking enthusiastic Trainees to join our dynamic team and support our expanding US operations. Our Trainee Program consists of two months, starting from July 1st and ending on August 30th. This remote opportunity is available from anywhere in Turkey and offers great training materials, flexible work arrangements, and abundant opportunities for professional growth. Plus, it also comes with the possibility of continuing as a full-time or part-time employee! What are the responsibilities of a Trainee?

• Research topics relevant to their department according to the US system.
• Learn company platforms and programs. We love technology!
• Work with a team to resolve issues, and learn about the full cycle of the department.
• Complete a job-related project by the end of their traineeship.
• Depending on the department, trainees will be able to learn about different business functions and how they relate to the bigger picture. We have designed the program to be impactful for you and your career.

Who we are looking for?

• 4th-year students or new graduates from a relevant university program.
• As we are an international firm, applicants must have a professional level of English.
• Motivated candidates who wish to learn about US systems and want to further their career in a global environment.
• Some knowledge and experience in relevant fields is a plus!
• Dynamic, positive, and ambitious people who want to build their careers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Applicants should have some flexibility with working hours as our office is based in the EST time zone. A work day starts at 8 AM EST and the working hours will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
