Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses, provide tax planning and research, conduct paid client consultations, ensure compliance, respond to notices and exams, mentor junior staff, maintain organized workpapers, and improve tax preparation workflows using tax/accounting software.

Lead and maintain the plant Quality Management System, run internal and external audits, resolve customer and supplier quality issues using RCA/8D, track quality KPIs, implement SPC/MSA, support PPAP/FMEA/Control Plans and new product launches, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen), train and manage quality staff, and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.

Perform end-to-end audit engagement tasks including onboarding, risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, substantive testing, workpaper preparation, reconciliations, and federal/state compliance support. Support bookkeeping, tax return preparation, and financial reporting outside peak audit season. Research accounting/audit issues, analyze financial data for risks and anomalies, and contribute to special projects.

Provide remote executive and personal support to the CEO and partners, including calendar and email management, travel and logistics coordination, meeting preparation and follow-up, CRM maintenance, phone/WhatsApp communications, expense and document preparation, event/food order support, basic data entry, and cross-department assistance. Work hours follow US time zones and may include weekends.

Plan, create, publish, and repurpose SEO-focused content across channels; manage marketing calendar; monitor campaign and SEO performance; and design AI-powered marketing workflows, automation, and reusable prompts.
