Job Description

We are looking for a Trainee Operational Specialist to join our team remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and track employee workload data, ensuring that information is accurately entered into the internal time-tracking system.
  • Make necessary updates or changes to the time-tracking system as required.
  • Prepare and generate detailed reports on employees' workloads and timesheets.
  • Perform various analytical tasks related to workload, resource allocation, and project performance
  • Prepare and update professional profiles of engineers, capturing their skills, experience, and project history.
  • Assist with resource management and allocation to ensure the team is appropriately staffed across projects.
  • Work closely with Sourcing Managers and Project Managers to ensure the timely and accurate collection of workload data and the smooth operation of resource planning.

Qualifications

  • Analytical mindset, critical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage data, generate reports, and perform basic analytical tasks.
  • Good knowledge of Excel (functions, queries, pivots).
  • Good communication skills, particularly when working with different departments (Finance, Project Management, etc.).
  • Technical, Finance, or Economics education.
  • Intermediate or above English proficiency.

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of database fundamentals, SQL.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.).
