Programmers Force is seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our Paid Trainee Program for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). This program is designed for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or compliance. It offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the GRC domain, focusing on industry-leading frameworks like ISO 27001:2022 and NIST RMF.
As a Trainee GRC Associate, you will undergo structured training and mentorship to develop the skills necessary for a successful career in cybersecurity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and manage organizational risks.
- Learn to implement and maintain compliance with the ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- Understand and apply the principles of the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) in real-world scenarios.
- Support the team in documenting and aligning Annex A controls with identified risks.
- Participate in the development of policies, procedures, and security controls based on organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with GRC professionals to ensure the organization meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or compliance.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of information security, risk management, and compliance principles.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST RMF, or similar standards is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Certifications (Preferred):
- CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001:2022, or similar certifications will be a significant advantage.
