As an IT Intern, you will work closely with our experienced team members and assist in various IT-related tasks and projects, fostering your technical skills and understanding of the field.
Responsibilities- Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues under the guidance of experienced IT staff.
- Support the setup and configuration of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices.
- Participate in ongoing IT projects and help document processes and procedures.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and present findings to the team.
- Help manage user accounts and assist with onboarding new employees.
- Provide general administrative support to the IT department as needed.
- Learn and apply best practices in IT service delivery and support.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer networking, hardware, and software components.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the IT field.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Availability for a full-time internship duration.
