💼 What does the role involve?

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained to run your own "mini business" within our company:

  • You’ll connect with hiring managers, understand their hiring needs, and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • You’ll also build your own network of freelancers and guide them through the recruitment process — from the first call to the signed deal.
  • You’ll be responsible for the full sales & recruitment cycle: business development, account management, candidate sourcing, and deal negotiation.

😊 Who we’re looking for:

  • You’re ambitiousmotivated, and want to grow in a performance-driven environment
  • You enjoy talking to people and building relationships
  • Experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus (especially fast-paced environments)
  • You are fluent (C1/C2) in either German and English or Dutch and English ideally,  alternatively you have at least 1 year of full time  B2B sales or recruitment experience
