Traffic Control Coordinator (Friday Thru Sunday: 6pm to 6:30am) )

• Monitor and control all vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering or exiting the facility.

• Greet and check in drivers, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

• Verify Bills of Lading (BOL), purchase orders, delivery numbers, and trailer information.

• Issue and collect visitor badges, trailer seals, and dock assignments as needed.

• Maintain accurate logs for inbound/outbound shipments, trailer yard inventory, and driver check-ins.

• Communicate with warehouse, shipping, and receiving departments regarding dock availability and driver staging.

• Ensure only authorized personnel gain access to the facility; report any suspicious activity immediately.

• Follow company policies and procedures related to security, safety, and compliance (e.g., CTPAT standards).

• Operate security equipment, such as surveillance cameras or radios, as required.

• Complete shift reports and logbooks to document activities and occurrences during the shift.

• Assist with yard checks and trailer inventory audits when requested.
