About the Role
Zoe Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trading Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our trading operations, supporting our mission to provide seamless financial advisory services.
Location: Bogota, Colombia (5 days at the WeWork Carrera 19 office).
Reports to: VP of Investment Solutions.
Level: Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and reconcile daily trading activities across multiple platforms to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve trade discrepancies and settlement issues promptly.
- Maintain and improve operational workflows related to trade execution and post-trade processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of tools to enhance trading efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to trading operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in trading operations or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and financial instruments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with trading platforms and reconciliation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ year of experience in working in an in-house start-up environment, tech start-up experience preferred.
